If I can give zero stars I would. This is the worst place I have ever rented from. After I returned my rental car where I used my own ez pass transponder, I keep getting billed for toll charges on 3 separate conditions with different charges from their 3rd party services that enter price uses. The customer service at the Newtown Branch was horrible there the girl did not explain or ask the required questions that they are supposed to do. The Newtown location is excellent, the employees are knowledgeable and courteous. I have been renting almost weekly for the past year and a half. I will continue to do so for as long as I have my job. Shout out to Alyssa Ryan, Aries and crew you all are amazing at what you do!!!!!! thank you!!!
DO NOT IGNORE THE 1-STAR REVIEWS! I rented a premium SUV from this location to ensure my family would be comfortable for an 9-hour drive to North Carolina. Halfway there, the vehicle broke down on a Saturday afternoon. Enterprise’s roadside service was no help at all. Because they “could not properly identify the issue,” their solution was to send a tow truck from two hours away and have me wait until Monday (at my hotel expense) to get the problem sorted. Majestic incompetence. Made a reservation online, went to pick up the car and there was no car. They said they left a message on my phone and, because I did not call them back, they did not hold a car for me. So I guess an online reservation means nothing, I still have to call them to reserve a car? Now I have to make new last moment plans for my trip with another company. If you wish to deal with incompetent people, go ahead and reserve with enterprise in Newtown. Just make sure you make another reservation at another place... read more
