Called Enterprise 2 weeks before to confirm that they have Q3, was told that they do have it. A day before the trip was told that they don’t carry these at all and there is nothing that can match, was offered rav4, had to cancel. update: tried to find Q3 at another locations in ottawa, but unfortunately they didn't have it for such a short notice. Ended up getting an Elantra from the Carleton Place location. The stuff was friendly and overall nice experience. Tho, still very frustrated with the initial Q3 problem.

Kelsey and her staff are amazing and so understanding. I am so grateful we have such a wonderful car rental place here in Carleton Place. I have never had a bad experience and they truly care and go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you!
Pretty good service plus them being able to pick me up and also after returning rental they were able to drop me back off was very helpful.
All three people I dealt with when checking the car out and then back in we're lovely to deal with. Friendly, professional, helpful, efficient. Easy pickup and dropoff. Very easy to fill out the rental request online at the last minute, and they were flexible with the pickup time as well.
