Had a car reservation booked several days in advance. Arrived to pickup the car and was told there were none available and they didn't know when one would be available. Nothing was done or offered to make it better and we were told we were out of luck. Will never come back here, go anywhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.
Bad location. Unreliable service. I booked a van and when I went to pick it up they said they don’t have a van. No one called me to say that so it left me stranded.
Waited for over an hour for car to be ready it was reserved over a week ago. They shouldn’t tell you a car will be ready for you when it actually won’t be.
Enterprise is a good ride
Staff was very helpful and process from beginning to end was excellent
