Called Enterprise 2 weeks before to confirm that they have Q3, was told that they do have it. A day before the trip was told that they don’t carry these at all and there is nothing that can match, was offered rav4, had to cancel. update: tried to find Q3 at another locations in ottawa, but unfortunately they didn't have it for such a short notice.
