The management was good. I was able to change cars with no hassle. They let me bring it back to another outlet.
I picked up the car In Carleton Place. The staff there were very good. Upbeat, personable and thorough. Made sure all my question were answered and I was satisfied before I left. Best staff experience I’ve ever had at a car rental agency. Great job Carleton place team
Had a car reservation booked several days in advance. Arrived to pickup the car and was told there were none available and they didn't know when one would be available. Nothing was done or offered to make it better and we were told we were out of luck. Will never come back here, go anywhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.
Bad location. Unreliable service. I booked a van and when I went to pick it up they said they don’t have a van. No one called me to say that so it left me stranded.
