I rented a car from Grande prairie Alberta airport and I cannot express how grateful I was for Oshane Brown. I came in from my first time flying late and was exhausted. The rental company I had originally wanted was going to overcharge me. Never answer the phone. Will not assist you if you have car issues. Had to call head office just to get them to finally contact me regarding my car problems. Unreliable
While renting a vehicle today I delt with a gem of a lady by the name of Liz, she was amazing to deal with and very personable. It was nice to have great customer service for a change. Thanks again

The vehicle was reliable and performed well throughout my trip. Returning the car was just as easy, with no surprises. I’ll definitely choose Enterprise again in the future!
