Good service especially at the Airport branch
Terrible customer service experience. I called to rent a car and received a confirmation email stating a car was available. However, when I arrived to pick it up, they said no cars were available. This ruined my plans and wasted my time and money since I took an Uber there. When I called to complain, they showed no concern, and the manager refused to escalate the issue, saying he’s the manger there. Really disappointed with their service.
