Harsh Amin and Bhavyan Patel were literally acting threatening towards us. Then Harsh Amin actually snatched the keys out the hand. Completely unprofessional. Greeted with smiling happy faces at the end of the day. Very helpful and upgraded us(because our car was dirty and not ready for us) from a Volkswagen Jetta to a Ford Escape which worked better for us as my 87 year old mother found it easy to get in and out of that car. Thank you for you great service!
I rented a car at the Saskatoon Int'l airport location. The pre arrival check-in online meant a very quick visit to the counter when picking up the car. The staff was very courteous.
