I was satisfied with my experience. I'm thinking to rent from this place again, but Google states that this place is temporarily closed. Could someone confirm if that's the case? If so, could you please advise when it will be open again?
The service I got from this Enterprise location ( especially Dante) was amazing! Not only did they come pick me up and bring me to the location but they answered every question and helped with all interactions with ICBC. If I ever need to rent a car again I will definitely go back!
The entire team was very professional, friendly, helpful and kind. Sorry I forgot your names but I want to personally thank three people, one able to speak Hindi, second one able to speak bahasa Indonesia and third able to speak Mandarin. By far the best car rental office I have ever visited. It's an asset to have such a great team. All the best and good luck!

The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He told me about the extra insurance options and stayed quiet, gave me space to decide without interrupting with suggestions (like in some other places). I was hoping for a smaller car, since my car was small and he asked me if I would like a similar car to mine, without me having to ask that. I forgot to refill the gas before returning and I expected a charge on my credit card but they gave me a call to politely explain how much of a charge it would be and why. ... read more
