Handed me the keys and left. No orientation to the vehicle which was quite digital. They reported that they are busy so I would have to wait about 10 minutes or more. I left and figured it out on my own.

I was unable to rent a car due to not having a credit card. I filled out a second application to check and no where does it say you require one. I spoke to a representative on the phone and specifically asked what I would need to rent a card and she just said I needed a valid licence and did not mention that you require a credit card. Then I went to pick the car up and the “customer service rep” I spoke to walked me through the entire process only to tell me after wasting my time that I require a credit card and he spoke dow... read more
