The staff was easy to work with, they are very friendly. Getting a shuttle easy. The car i rented was super clean, and the price i paid was beyond amazing. I will recommend this place and contine to use them when I need.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not recommend going to this location.
Very disappointing experience. There was almost no choice of vehicles available. Most of the cars were old, mainly Volkswagens. The 2024 Malibu I received was also not properly washed or cleaned. Definitely not what I expected from a rental company. This will be my last time renting from Enterprise.
