4 cause it was too early for them to pick me up at 7:30. Maybe I have high expectations or being unreasonable but I feel that if rental starts at 7:30 there should be someone available to pick up at that time. Maybe they were short staffed which would have been okay cause I would have waited for like 10 15 maybe 20 mins but I was deliberately told it was too early. Other than that my agent was nice and informative and vehicle was in great condition.
