The staff were efficient in getting me aquainted with the vehicle & very pleasant. The vehicle was a 2024 Nissan Rogue; very nice with great fuel economy. Upon returning the vehicle the staff again were pleasant, the follow up phone call & email arrived just as mentioned. I will definitely recommend this business.
Truly top-notch service from branch manager, Cole (and a shout-out to an associate, I missed her name). Dealing with renting a car can be quite stressful, but knowledgeable, competent, and compassionate staff make all the difference. Enterprise is a big company, and of all the branches I've previously dealt with, the 1st Ave Saskatoon location has by far been the best.
Worst rental car company I ever had in my life. Zero client satisfaction policy. They don't care about costumer need. I booked 6 seats Full size SUV a month ago and they confirmed my reservation. I booked my 5 days journey booking including Hotels and other itinerary. While picking up they said they don't have vehicle as vehicle is not available. They even do not have any alternative vehicle. They dont care if you go or not go on vacation. They did not help. I am highly not recommending Enterprise for your next journey. Wors... read more
