Stay away from this location….Enterprise East Amherst….I travel a lot for business and my recent Interaction with This specific branch of enterprise was horrible.. I paid in Full for my rental dates and properly extended/ modified the dates when needed. ( have emails to confirm modification) however the Manager of this location lied to me on the phone saying my vehicle needed to be switched as there was a recall. We want to give a shout out to the wonderful staff at Enterprises East Amherst NY Rental location. They did a flawless job with us making our rental quick, easy, and an enjoyable experience. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and worked so well together to make our reservation of renting and returning perfect! Highly recommend this rental location if you ever need to get a rental!
Nasty managers who first didn't want to give basic service then basically sabatoged my ability to get a ride from their place of business though I was promised one. Also they were rude and dismissive.
