Outstanding service and customer care from the staff at Transit in Clarence, NY.
I went to the Sheridan branch, and they gave me a rental car that had a problem with one of the wheels. Because of that, I called the Transit branch to ask about exchanging the vehicle. The employee who answered the phone was very unprofessional and came across as discriminatory. I simply asked what vehicles were available, but he put me on hold for about 20 minutes just to answer that question. Transit Rd in Lockport is my #1 Location! Matt and his team are AWESOME! They always keep me informed about all my reservations and are ahead of any issues that could impact your rental experience! Great customer service and nice clean cars!
Hours are not correct! They dont open until 9am. Also not open on Sunday. Their office booked a 1230 Sunday appointment. Then the place is closed. The office says return at 8am and shocker closed again. Wow guys come on
