Charged for damage waiver for 9 days vs the 2 I agreed to. When I spoke on the phone about how to return the rental they didn’t mention it or ask if I wanted to extend, spoke to customer service and they wouldn’t fine the bill. Awful company
Today Garran D. was on top of his game.! He helped me get through the trouble of my reservation being messed up by my insurance company. I knew as soon as he started to help me that he was a “people” person. His service was outstanding and I hope that you will recognize him as he is obviously a huge asset to your company.
