I had a terrible experience with this Enterprise location. On the same day as my reservation, they called and cancelled my booking, saying there was a “mechanical failure.” When I tried to speak with the staff for more information, they were extremely rude and even hung up on me. They gave no real solution or assistance, and my entire travel plan was ruined because of their last-minute cancellation.
