Had a car rental for 9 am Saturday. got a call 8:45 that am, telling me they wouldn't have a car - for a while - maybe 9:15 or 9:30. Finally charged me $200 (!) more for two weeks than was estimated (in my on-line booking). Cheat me on some "additional insurance" stuff. Advice - never deal with them.
