Unfortunately was in a car accident and needed to put my car in a autobody shop for weeks. Initially the glen cove location had no available vehicles so the autobody shop and myself called around surrounding enterprise locations who also said they didn’t have vehicles available. The guys who helped us were absolutely lovely and incredibly efficient. They also refunded the $20 it took us to replace some missing screws in the splash guard (not our doing) and didn’t hassle us over the details. Top marks for customer service.
Great customer service
The way customer service is supposed to be done.
I made a reservation for a 3-day rental last week but today I got a call from their Manager Matt saying that I am on their do not rent list and did not give any reason. He told me to contact corporate office but they said only local office in Glen Cove would know reason. This company is racist and would not rent me vehicle because I am foreigner. Very sad. My reservation number is 2087302786 but they would not give me car.
