I rented here before. When I rented with Tucker I had a five star experience. This last experience the agent was a jerk. He most definitely missed the mark with his service . It took two hours for me to get picked up after I called several times. They really need to increase staffing on Friday and the weekend. The car was fine no problems there and the drop off back home was no problem.
Evan is a great representative of Enterprise. He is always calm, well-informed, respectful and helpful.
