We reserved a SUV with car seat 12 days in advance of our arrival, when we arrived, there was no SUV just a pick up and a Sentra. They did not have a car seat, they tried to find one for us but they wanted us to drive to another location with our toddler without carseat to pick the one they “help” us find, after we say absolutely no, they promess to go and pick the carseat. I had a very disappointing experience at the Enterprise location in Solana Beach. I was wrongfully held responsible for damage to a rental truck that I absolutely did not cause. When the truck was brought out to me on June 17, 2025, it was soaking wet, covered in beads of water, and the sun was glaring off the white paint, making it impossible to properly inspect the vehicle.
