Absolutely miserable experience & it’s not even over yet.I had to use enterprise while my car was being worked on from a bad accident.I was not at fault whatsoever but, I felt like I was while dealing with this company.I’ve never been in an accident or had to rent a car so I was going into this blind.If youre using them for insurance purposes you still have to pay a deposit.They watched me struggle for 30+ minutes trying to transfer funds from my savings to checking since they WONT ACCEPT CASH.It was so inconvenient when the... read more
They were ok at the beginning, then they started lying and overcharging me. I will never use them again.
Not only was the customer service fantasic but after calling around to different rental car places, they had the best rates. It was an extra bonus that they gave me and my daughter a ride home when my husband had to unexpectedly work overtime and wasn't able to pick us up. I would definitely use them again in the future and reccommend them family, friends, and anyone else who would listen :o)
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. And not just this one. all of them. We rented 2 vans from them 2 weeks prior to the date for a youth trip. 6 kids 2 adults and a lot of luggage. They called us 2 days before we left to inform us that we can't rent vans because we are under 25. But they did not tell us this when we made the reservation. So after about an hour later and plenty phone calls we had to settle with one van and one of our own vehicles. The day we pick the van up it took us an hour to get it.
