I would give negative stars if I could. Always document your conversations with anyone from here. I had a reservation through insurance because my car was involved in a hit and run accident which has been stressful on it's own. I was to drop my car off at the body shop Tues Feb 13th and my insurance company was handling the rental car w/ Enterprise because that's the only rental place in town they are approved to use.
