The worst experience ever. Understaffed and unkind. I don’t know how they are able to operate this branch.
Not a great experience here. I’ve dealt with enterprise for years and this is my worst experience in over 20+ years in different states. First of all the cars are not well kept I received a vehicle with the AC barely working, trash on the floor in the back and a hole in the seat and it was hell to even switch it out. 600 to 750 a week to rent an SUV is a little high just my opinion. And they don't have the proper registration for some of their vehicles if you are a rideshare driver. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM so I'm giving them a one instead of a 3
Pick up at the location went smoothly. Agent was very knowledgeable and efficient, Car was in tip top shape and the drive was great. Return of the vehicle went fast and easy. This location was well run! Awesome experience.
