Our experience at Enterprise was completely unacceptable. We had a confirmed reservation and email confirmation, yet when we arrived, the manager was rude from the very beginning. Instead of trying to help us understand the issue or offer any solution, he flat-out told us he wasn’t going to rent us a car and made it clear he had no interest in helping. Rental was simple, Prices were excellent especially with my state discount.
Worst location to rent a car from. Even with a confirmed reservation, they had no vehicles available when I arrived. They never called or notified me in advance that my reserved vehicle segment was unavailable. I even asked if they could provide a larger vehicle as a replacement, but they didn’t have any vehicles available at all. Reserving a car from this location was a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this location due to their poor communication and lack of customer service.
ETA: Lynette, I tried contacting you at this link, but it is a chat and the support team does not understand what I’m trying to explain. Customer service picking up was amazing…dropping off—not so much. Also, if you book longer than week (5 days), but bring it back early, do NOT expect to NOT be charged for the extra days— you’ll indeed still be charged.
