The staff at the Berkley Lake location made renting a car at the last minute stress free
I book cars from this location quite often. I truly like the staff—they are always kind and professional. However, one guy ruined my evening today. I don't know his name, but he has blond hair. I'm not sure what his role is, but he definitely lacks the skills for this job. I don't want to look for another rental office in my area, but this experience made me consider it. I hope management takes action.
The car was brought to me. She made sure I knew where everything was.
