We reserved a standard SUV with AWD 1 week prior to pickup. When we arrived, we were offered a standard SUV without AWD and no refund of the difference in price. We spoke with a manager who refused to refund the difference since she didn't know what the price of the non-AWD option was at the time we placed our reservation even though we showed that the difference is consistently $5/day regardless of how far in advance the reservation is made. The SUV they gave us had engine trouble, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was that it took 5 hours for them to truly help us and get us back on the road with another vehicle. We had to wait over 3 hours for a tow truck to get to us, when the nearest Enterprise was 12 miles away, and then another 2 hours of misc. issues. We encountered problem after problem and no one we spoke to seemed to have empathy for our situation. We just had to wait, and with our 9 year old, who was a trooper through it all.

June 3, 2025 Another day, another vehicle rental (mini-van) from Enterprise - Berkeley Lake, another 5-Star experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I rented my vehicle at the last minute (Sunday afternoon, less than 24 hours prior to requested pickup time). I received an email confirming my reservation.
