I am beyond disgusted with my experience with this rental car company. I was involved in an accident that was not even my fault, already dealing with enough stress, and instead of helping, they took complete advantage of the situation. The representative, Christian, repeatedly lied to me about the pricing. Every week he kept saying I would only be paying around $262, yet somehow the final total came out to almost $1,800 for one month in a basic rental vehicle. Great service and very transparent
Staff is greedy! I reserved a luxury car(bmw or Audi) a month ago and they didn’t had any it when I come for pickup and showing all ordinary cars as luxury and charged me for same price. And charged me 1 hour at drop off though I wasn’t late by 1 hr.
