Service was friendly and quick - our reservation was ready when we arrived and they followed up with a courtesy call while we were on the road, to confirm we were satisfied.
I’m very disappointed with my experience. I booked a rental car three weeks in advance and had it scheduled for pickup today at 12:00 PM About 20 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, I received a call asking if I could push my pickup back by an hour or two. I called back about an hour later to get an update and was initially told that all of the vehicles were in the shop.
