My name is Tim schirmer. I had the worse experience with enterprises trying to get a car after having a accident. I went to Hudson to trade the car I had for a car that I could use. Trevor at Hudson treated us with the upmost respect. I thank God that he was there to take care of us. Thank you very much Tim and Mary Schirmer
Location was easy to get to. Staff great. Vehicle exactly what we were wanting. Vehicle drove very nicely .
Scheduled a rental drop off at 8:30. Confirmed this time. Arranged my work schedule to work around this timeframe. Now it’s 15 minutes after the LATEST time they were supposed to be here and I’m told they’ll be here soon… When I asked why they weren’t here for the scheduled time, I was told it’s because they’re busy on Mondays. SERIOUSLY?!?! Now I’m late for work and I’m STILL waiting for a rental.
