Have been going to this location since 2003. Did a recent rental with Michaela at front desk. She has a pleasant personality and was very welcoming. Spoke to Brendan who is the Regional Manager during the vehicle return. Caleb picked me up and Ron dropped me off. My cell phone slipped out of my pocket and fell behind the front seat during home drop off. Ron was able to locate it and saved the day. He is a tall gentleman with white hair and is a veteran. Very easy to work with. They made the process of getting my car fixed so simple. Thank you again, I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They picked me up, and I left the rental at the repair shop when my car was finished and they picked it up.
