Enterprise sucks in Braxton. I have tried to rent several vehicles over the years every single time they don't have any when I go to pick up with my reservations. What joke and crappy run business.

Closed. The closest location is Summersville, the lady there was very nice and I can switch things around to make it work. However, enterprise needs to actually close their Braxton location. The phone number rings and acts like there is a large volume of calls causing a wait but there is actually no one answering that line.

Went to pick up our car today at 11:35am and the person wasn't there... the door says the hour's from 9am to 1 then 2pm to 5pm but internet says lunch break is 12-1.... guess someone felt the need to take off early... doesn't matter that people have kids and don't wanna sit for over an hour waiting on someone who decides to leave early because they probably don't like there job and don't care about keeping the business hours that clients depend on...
