Very easy, fast and efficient
So dissapointed , we traveled to California from Texas on an Enterprise rental , we needed a bigger vehicle so we wanted to switch vehicles and change drop off location. At first the Porterville Enterprise staff was yes we have a vehicle for you and we can switch but as soon as we said drop off location was in Texas they lied and said there was nothing available and the only Pacifica was getting an oil change and needed to be checked.
