Enterprise on Kent Drive in Newmarket is better than any other car rental place (including other Enterprise locations) I have ever used. Amanda was a pleasure to deal with in every way. Quick, knowledgeable and very friendly. I’m looking forward to the next time I need to rent a car.
Great experience at this Enterprise location. The vehicle rented was clean ready to go when I arrived. Amanda was very helpful and very accommodating, when having to extend the rental by a day... or two. Thank you Amamda for making things easy and stress-free for me.
Horrible experience trying to rent a pick up truck. Did it all online, confirmed and paid and even checked in ahead of time to save time at front desk. We were going on a family vacation and needed the truck for space. Showed up for pick up and was told sorry, no truck. I asked for something comparable in size and was told sorry, they have nothing. No logistics and planning at Enterprise. I booked a luxury small SUV like a Q3 a week in advance to the 1 day rental. I arrived to the pickup location almost 1 hour before the delivery time because the person giving me the ride could not do it at 4. Robert the attendant informed me that my car would not be ready until 4, so I waited. At 3:45 I asked if we could start doing the paperwork so I could start moving because I had a long drive. He did. When we were done, I asked what car was I getting, and we could not tell me unti... read more
