No one is answering the phone. If I can't get the information I'm going to call American Express and cancel your payment you're not going to get the penny from me you have to answer my questions I rented a car yesterday I do not understand the bill I need somebody to explain to me no one I can get on the phone this is very annoying

The check-in and checkout process was amazing. The car I rented was absolutely marvelous.
