If I could give no stars I would. Made a reservation 2.5 weeks in advance, 5 hours before arriving to pick up my rental I recieved a phone call from the branch informing me that the car I had reserved was unavailable due to the previous customer extending the rental past my pick up day and that they did not have a replacement vehicle anywhere near the location. When asked why they approved the extension they said it was done online. However, according to Enterprises own website all extensions must be approved by the branch, ... read more
