Rented me a car that smelled like cigarette/cigar smoke. Will not rent from this location again.
"They can TAKE a reservation, but they can't KEEP a reservation." I called to see if the car that I confirmed, and paid for, on the app the night prior would be available 30 minutes earlier or if they needed time to get the car ready. Was told they "can't guarantee the size SUV I needed would be available." No one called to tell me my car that i reserved would be available only by luck of the draw! They called me at 4:39pm the day prior to "confirm my reservation." I called back an hour later and the business was closed. So ... read more
