Enterprise did an outstanding job. They expedited my service so I wasn’t late for a wedding. They went above and beyond my expectations and were outstanding! Friendly, competent and professional service!
SHAMEFUL SCAM: Left keys as told. Got slapped with a $750 damage fee for a 1" scratch. When I returned the car, the Cherry Hill office was severely understaffed, with about 10 people waiting in the lobby. I was headed to the airport and couldn’t wait around. Another customer yelled to an employee outside that I needed to drop off, and he told me to just leave the keys.
