UPDATED REVIEW: Issue Resolved, but the Experience Was Rough My experience at the Cherry Hill location was extremely frustrating. Enterprise in Cherry Hill has always been reliable for me. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful, making the rental process smooth and easy. The cars are well-maintained and clean, and pick-up and drop-off are always efficient. Definitely a stress-free experience—I’ll keep coming back here!

SCAM ARTISTS! Don’t believe a word these liars say. Their word means nothing apparently about the rates for their cars. I was having problems with the first car they rented to me. So I went back and got a different one that they said would only be $20 more. I get the bill and they charged me the FULL PRICE of BOTH vehicles plus all the taxes and fees. I wound up paying over $500 for a week of driving. Either their employees are ignorant of their own pricing policies or intentionally lying to their customers.

I arrived at the Enterprise location on Church Road around 8:30 AM after calling ahead to confirm a midsize car was available. Upon arrival, I was told only one car remained, as the other had been rented out within minutes of my confirmation call. The representative said the car was next door for an oil change and would be ready shortly, but I ended up waiting over an hour — the car wasn’t ready until 9:45 AM.
