EnterPrise Car Rental on East 7th Street gave me the Best Service I have ever received from a Car Rental company, Thank you so much for being so Professional And Caring.
They couldn’t find my reservation. Told me they don’t know how third party do there reservations so had to come out of pocket. The car wasn’t clean. He kept telling me it was sanitized after I told him that the lady said it need to be washed. The window was so dirty I had to stop by the store to get winded to clean it. I wouldn’t recommend to go to the one on 7th street
This team is phenomenal, and has excellent customer service across the board. I started using this location for a long-term rental,. And since then I have been using them for about two years now. It’s in a great location downtown as far as getting in and out of the city goes. But again I want to reiterate just how well the customer service is at this location! I would definitely recommend.
Ellie was an amazing employee to deal with during pick up and drop off. Very friendly and accommodating. Easily one of the best enterprise locations I have visisted anywhere.
GEICO sucks this place is good I got a ford escape decent car
