Even and the team came through after another major car rental agency failed to deliver on a reservation. Desperate, we called Enterprise central reservations, who also completely deceived us, saying a minivan was available immediately, with the agent confirming (lying) that they were at the location we were inquiring about. When we Ubered there to get our van, Evan took control and had a car for us within an hour. He even brought it to us, as we had to Uber to meet up with our group for a planned lunch.
Greater great customer service, never let's me down, and gets me in and out.
