Evan was super nice and helpful when we rented a van from him. Excellent customer service.
I wouldn't blame the company itself, but rather certain employees who don't perform well during the vehicle handover; they ought to present the car better and disclose any details about its condition to the customer to avoid issues at the time of delivery, since they end up placing the blame directly on the customer.
Enterprise will send you a confirmed reservation and then ask you to “check in” for your rental meanwhile, you can call the actual location and find out they don’t even have the car. At this point, I actually feel bad for the employees working at the individual locations. They’re being put in the position of dealing with pissed-off customers because corporate is apparently confirming reservations without verifying that the vehicle is even available at that location. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I had an official booking, show up and the car they offered is no longer available, offered a more expensive car, and then refused service to me. They will not have the car you booked for even with a confirmation.
