I booked a car in Williams Lake. Everything went well. The service person was very polite and kind.
The gentleman in Williams lake were outstanding.. very helpful .. and courteous.. even drove me back to the airport .. I'd happily use and recommend Enterprise again .. good work ..
After I returned my rental car at Williams Lake. I call a taxi take me to the airport. I realized the whole fleet went out of town and I have to wait 40 mins for my service which I might miss my flight. When the staff knew my concerned, without hesitate they gave me a ride to the airport voluntarily so I can catch my plane. Big thanks to the staff in Williams Lake, really appreciated.

I found enterprise to be a good company to rent from while I was without my own Rav 4. Only thing I didn't like was the strong smoke smell in the rental, they assured me that would be taken care of later.
