I normally rent at a different location. I decided to try this one and was very pleased with it. Alex was very nice and help. The car was clean and ready to go. I will use this location again.

When I showed up to pick up the car, they did not have it. Better management to make sure if some rents a car with plenty time to make sure they will have the car ready for you when you get there to pick it up. Not tell them they don't have one sorry. Sorry is not good
