Okay it was super easy to pickup and drop off the rental but what will really boost your experience is the staff at the Navy Rd location. Even on their worst day (that was the day I picked up lol) they were all smiles and super friendly and helpful! I foundthe staff to be extremely knowledgeable about the product and its accessories tha they offered. Use Enterprise on Navy Rd 100%

I called March 6. 2026 requesting a car and pick up at Desoto Collison, Milington TN. My appointment was set for 8:30 AM. Desoto Collison called at 8:10 AM confirming my pick up request. 9:15 AM no car or call from enterprise. Desoto drives me to enterprise. The person at the desk stated they had no knowledge of my appointment or that Desoto called. 8:30 AM pick up time NOPE! Finally at about 10AM I am given a car.
