Inspite of making reservations, with a confirmation #, the car was a no-show at body shop. After a phone call to rental car facility, I would have to wait until someone came to work, as she had other people to serve. Or, of course, I could come pick it up. If I could come pick it up, why would I need a rental? Evidently, she didn't want reasonable requests, and proceded to say she wouldn't complete any rental. This company disappointed in the past but four years later I decided to try again and once again I’m having the same issue. They don’t have the car I reserved and have only one replacement option that is half the size of what I needed. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I rent cars just about every week. Every since previous staff that cared quit, my car is never ready on time. There is no sense of urgency. If my pickup time is in the system, the car should be ready. Those of us who travel frequently have limited time with our family so I certainly don't want to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get a car that was pre-booked in the system.

I'll still give 5 stars because the customer service & vehicle selection has greatly improved. No complaints about the great customer service. The exterior of the car was very dirty. I mean it was very dirty. At least the interior was clean.
