All I can say is !!! Everything went smoothly and occurring to plan. They are speedy and reliable. Mrs. Melonie got me took care of in 20 minutes. The vehicle was excellent and big enough for five people and all our belongings. The price was reasonable and the vehicle was in great condition. I will definitely be back. The little lady at the front desk was great also very sweet and polite. You all are awesome. Thankyou

Inspite of making reservations, with a confirmation #, the car was a no-show at body shop. After a phone call to rental car facility, I would have to wait until someone came to work, as she had other people to serve. Or, of course, I could come pick it up. If I could come pick it up, why would I need a rental? Evidently, she didn't want reasonable requests, and proceded to say she wouldn't complete any rental. This company disappointed in the past but four years later I decided to try again and once again I’m having the same issue. They don’t have the car I reserved and have only one replacement option that is half the size of what I needed. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
