I rented a car with enterprise in Georgetown, and the final price was much higher than what I had agreed to in the signed contract. They promised one Total in the contract, but I was ultimately charged way higher with no clear explanation. I tried contacting customer service, but they didn't resolve anything. I feel scammed. There was no transparency, and they did not honor the signed agreement. I strongly recommend being very careful if you plan to rent here: double-check all charges and take photos of everything. Be safe.
Unprofessional. They set me up to be picked up to receive my rental vehicle (after a week of no response when the request was put in through my insurance I had to call them) for this morning. About 15 minutes after the pickup time frame with nothing, I called and was told they have absolutely no rentals at any of their locations in the county.
