I paid 536.63 for a two day rental, 400.00 deposit, rental 136.63 on july 1, 2025. Had to call over and over again for my 400.00 deposit back .. as of today july, 21st numerous phone calls to this location and to customer service, they then charged me 126.75 for who knows what for and i got 253.50 credited to my account assuming it was my 400.00 deposit.. i have been told by this location. Yes I'm so happy share absolutely worst experience. If u don't plan on buying walk away insurance while renting don't rent from here!My insurance rented a vehicle through here for me while my terminal disabled 6 yr Olds van was in shop Feb 28th to April18th and insurance pays 30days however since want done body shop payed to keep us in it.I did have the walk away n in 30 days didn't need nor drive anywhere use it.After body shop payed April 17th the hail damaged 2023 they acted and tried sell me like my van was going be tota... read more
