This place told us they charge for excessive pet hair. We had our golden retriever barely in the car and were charged an insane fee for pet hair despite there being more dirt from shoes on the floor mat than any hair in the car. The far back was totally clean as if it had been detailed. I rent cars frequently for travel and have never been upcharged this much. Never doing business here again.
