Amazing experience thanks to Marcus and Jonathon. The whole process was quick and easy all while not overlooking the small details. I was also able to get picked up and dropped off after my reservation was over.
I had the pleasure of being able to use this location again and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. From the second process to the follow up they make it a point to make their customers feel important. Also great vehicle selection. If you think I'm kidding look at the picture of attached.
They worked with me through the wntire insirance process, extended my rental beyond the insurance time frame and were gracious when I had to keep pushing it out. The frosting on the cake is how well they handled the situation when I returned the car with a cracked fender from hoing over a snow burm from a plow. I felt so awful, there was absolutely no judgment. They explained what would happen and left it up to the insurance. Top Notch all the way around!
