The employees that I worked with both at pick up and drop off of the rental were very nice and got me in and out of the office quickly. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to my family and friends.

Absolutely horrible I would like to express my concerns regarding my recent rental experience. While I was renting the vehicle, I became seriously ill and was hospitalized for several days. Due to my medical condition, neither I nor my family members were able to return the vehicle immediately. During this time, I received communications that I felt were threatening, including statements about potential charges and other legal consequences.
