I had such a great experience with Enterprise after needing a rental while my car was being repaired from an accident. Stu called to confirm the insurance information and was incredibly polite, helpful, and made sure I was able to get into a rental right away. When I arrived, he explained everything clearly and made the entire process stress-free. Joy also helped me and was absolutely wonderful! I do not write reviews but this was ridiculous I flew in to Vegas one way to help my sister who was giving birth I reserved a car online I go in the manager tells me you need a return flight in order to rent a car from us I explain I just purchased the frontier flight pass and can only book a flight 24 hrs in advance which is why I don’t have a return flight. He said well nothing I can do you need a return flight or rent somewhere else I say ok go outside book a return flight for $200 $180 more than it would’ve been with my ... read more
