I been with Enterprise for almost 7 years , the worst service was in this locations . When I receive the car I been told about the scratch policy , when I did return the car , they want me to pay for something I didn’t even did . Customer service was understanding that never happen for me so they cancel the fake claim done by the manager who is name Ali . Everyone at this Enterprise Truck Rental location is incredibly friendly, professional, and personable. I’ve rented from several different locations over the years, but this one is by far the friendliest and most welcoming I’ve ever experienced. Whenever I walk in, they greet me by name.
