HORRIBLE Customer Service! Specifically RACHEL and CHRIS! I am a local and I will NEVER rent from here again! I will also be sure that none of my friends or family rent from here either! I cannot believe the absolute lack of compassion and interest in our satisfaction! My husband was 30 minutes late to pick up the car we reserved and RACHEL and they had given our car away!
