I love Enterprise. It is the only car rental company I use. My wife and I went to Denver for a few days and received an upgrade from premium to a small SUV, and Audi Q3. The whole experience was good, until a minor inconvenience, the windshield wiper fluid ran out on the way to returning the vehicle. Upon learning of this my agent offered to take one day's rental off the total. I can say that it was unexpected but it is the sort of thing that Enterprise has done for me for years.
Service was excellent. Brandon especially was great!
Easy process - There was a long line but I noticed a kiosk in the corner and was able to use that - I would encourage the staff to direct people to the kiosks to lessen the long line. I was disappointed that the large SUV I got was not 4WD. I was renting a large car for my tall kids and 4WD capabilities. Luckily it did not snow so it was not an issue.
Everything with this rental went fine. I am sure anyone who rents from any rental car company at the Denver Airport at Christmas time know all about the high prices and how busy they are. Other than these two items I have no complaints.
Overall good. Line to rent is long but they are adequately staffed and it doesn't take too long (middle if the day, weekday, holiday week). Car we got had parking break warning and low tire pressure indicator. Not ideal, but they quickly found us a new car without having to go back in and line up again. Would rent from them in the future.
