Had a nice experience renting a Passat for 3 days to visit orlando. The car was new and enjoyed driving it, the staff very nice & helpful
I recently rented from the Auburn/Opelika Alabama area and returned to the same location. I was extremely pleased with the staff who were professional and accommodating. There was a long wait to get a car because everybody was late returning cars,but the staff was very nice and my car was wonderful.
I was very pleased with my rental from Enterprise. I drove a 2014 Volkswagen Beetle to Orlando Fl and the mpg was awesome. I got delayed in traffic, making it a total of 9 hours to reach my destination. The exciting part is that the cost of gas one way for the trip was $45. Cool car and great service. Happy Customer!
Customer Service is OUTSTANDING we rent at least once a month and from the time they pick you up till the time they bring you back it is an wonderful experience. Oh yea the cars are great too.
