Had to get ugly for adequate car
I have called three times, they put me on hold without even speaking to me then hang up after I’ve been on hold 10 minutes. I have an enterprise rental and the check engine light is on, the location I picked up at is out of cars and this location said I wasn’t not their customer and couldn’t help me. I’m a customer of ENTERPRISE. Awful customer service,
Would not recommend this location. Everything about this location was unprofessional. My fiancée called to verify the type of credit cards accepted over the phone they told him yes but in person they told him that location did not . They needed my information since I was the other driver but I was stuck at work but went on a lunch break so left told them he would be right back to pick me up from work.
