I’ve used this Enterprise location for 20+ years & I have only rented from Enterprise. Until now I would’ve given it a 5+ star review. I witnessed all of this. There were many customers there, including myself, who had confirmed reservations (personal & business) made weeks/several days earlier & there were no cars for us. Mine was a business reservation. After an hour + wait I got a rattletrap car, body parts missing, gas needle sitting on “E,” wreaked of cigarettes & pot & the hand free did not work. I was traveling extens... read more
I had an issue with my rental. They couldn't swap it out,but pointed me in the right direction and got it fixed. NO CHARGE
