Enterprise has taken a fall since the departure of Norma. The turnover rate is RIDICULOUS. I was disrespected by the assistant manager Jenna. She was blatantly rude and behavior was very abrupt. Inside of the facility, there was a bad aura; negative energy; and a lot of interns. I was surprised by the branch manager's demeanor. Mia has always been pleasant. Both of my experiences in Edenton and Elizabeth City were very good. Didn't have no problem and the staff was very understanding about everything. Sam and Mia 100% from me. I will be back soon. Thanks again Enterprise.
I have never used Enterprise for a rental car and never will if they all run the way this one does. Two separate occassions I have called this store to reserve a rental car because my car was in/headed to the shop. Both times, the lady who answered the phone took my information and said she would look to see if they had something available and then call me back.
