We are easy to please on some things. As long as a car moves through traffic, we're good with it. However, we are also VERY STICKY about good customer service. I've never had a problem with the Goshen Enterprise in that area. The reps are all very nice and if you have a problem, they go out of their way to help. Recently there was an issue with a vehicle and we let them know there was a problem. The crew at the Goshen Enterprise went above and beyond to make it right. I always have a great experience at Enterprise Elkhart Indiana. The cars are ready, clean, and the service is great.
Very friendly service and Bobby made sure I was informed of all options available. Also, that I could call at any time if needed during my rental time. The car was great driving a long distance and had no troubles. My only complaint were the stains on the interior in both front and back of the vehicle. Maybe they could invest in a shampoo cleaner for the interior.

A complete disaster! Lack of local service. I called the local number over a month ago and I was routed to their call center and made the reservation through them.... something didn't seem right, so a few weeks later I called the local office to confirm my reservation. They confirmed everything was ok. I then called several days before I needed to car to confirm again that they were going to drop it off at my employer (business use). they confirmed that they were going to drop it off on Friday by 5pm. I have been renting from this Enterprise office for 7 years. The service has been great. Like any other Enterprise office, the staff are rotated constantly, so it is hard to be treated like a regular costumer. I wish my Enterprise Platinum status meant an extra touch on the service and some recognition :). It is nice that they pick you up at home or the office when needed.
