I made a reservation to get a rental car and with in 2 hours before pick up time.They told you they had no vehicles available. I had to switch everything in my life just to be able to get by one more day without a vehicle, especially with mine, being in the shop.So I made a reservation for the next day and they did the same thing with AGAIN , leaving me high and dry. First things first they had a sign up saying we will open at 930 and I had an appointment at 9 for a reason so that I can get my car and then go to work but let’s delay everyone’s appointments and then let’s also make sure that I get checked in lastly when I was there way ahead of schedule and Honestly just the fact that the agent did not take the time to properly explain the rental agreement and going over the car was just so unprofessional and I asked for a mid size car to large and i received the opposite, I ended up with... read more
