The Employees work very hard to please everyone and I even let a person go ahead of me because he was in a hurry and they were short handed. The prices they charge should include more workers to please the customers. This helps the community by providing jobs. The investors can't continue to raise prices and layoff workers to increase profits without destroying the very thing that is responsible for their success "Their Customers"

Great customer service from booking to acceptance of vehicle rental. Enterprise accommodated my situation with providing me with the same type of vehicle that I owned.

My brother has been a Gold Member with Enterprise for years and rents from this location 2–3 times a month consistently for the last two years. He always books for 7:30 a.m. so he can make his appointments early and have the best selection of vehicles. This morning, we arrived at 7:20 a.m. (reservation for 7:30 a.m.). While the doors were understandably locked, in the past, staff have often welcomed him in a few minutes early.
