These folks know how to take care of their customers. Professionalism was to tier. The vehicle was nice and very clean. The office itself smelt amazing amd of course the staff was so informative. Thanks again guys. We will return for sure.
Had a rental booked for this past Friday at 6. Traffic was terrible and I knew I wouldn't get there by 6. Sat on hold for about 30 minutes, no answer. They were closed when I got there. Got the reservation rebooked for pickup Saturday, right at opening. They had one guy working. We asked why the ringer on the phone was off, I said I was on hold 30 minutes yesterday, that the rental was supposed to be picked up yesterday. Then said I've been very displeased with the 2 times I've dealt with Enterprise and this would probably b... read more
The customer service is absolutely terrible at this location. The employee that "helped" us did not care at all about my girlfriend's reservation and actually told us that "I am not going to rent her a car". I will never rent from this location.
