Terrible customer service. I would not rent another car from.them.
NEVER book with Enterprise or their affiliates. Worst experience ever. We had the family vacation from hell, ending in two cars needing tows to local dealerships far away from home. We needed a rental car. I booked at enterprise in Southport on Thursday night. I received a VM on Friday at 7 am informing me there were no cars. I booked a car down the road in Whiteville. I am a local and a regular customer at Enterprise Southport, NC. Every time I have rented a car, the staff is always very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. The prices are very competitive and the cars are always very clean. The check-in/Return process is always very smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Enterprise Southport, NC if you need a rental.
I probably will never use Enterprise every again. However the one positive thing that I can say, it was a prompt easy return for me, because it was after hours
I made this reservation over two months ago for a larger SUV. We are driving to Boone for a wedding and wanted to drive together with our family. I got an email the day before we were supposed to pick up our SUV, going over the details and got a confirmation that everything was in order and we should pick up our car the next morning at 8:30.
