Made a reservation a week ahead of time and showed up to pick it up and the staff told me that that had no cars available but charged me for a rental on my card
Great car, really helpful staff. I needed to do a one way drop off and they took care of it no problem
The Oak Island Enterprise team is always helpful getting us a car at the Cape Fear airport when we fly in for vacation.
This location had the wrong day on our reservation and no cars available. I recognize this must have been an error in the booking system, however the staff were rude and didn’t offer any help such as calling another nearby location. Just would have been nice to have some help and not be treated so coldly. I recommend a few minutes longer drive to pick up near the Wilmington airport instead.
