I made a reservation and upon arrival the staff told me they were out of cars. I explained that my family of 5 was now stranded and the women working said there was nothing she could do with an amazing “I don’t care at all” approach. We ended up calling Oak Island Taxi who were amazingly helpful and courteous. The driver shared that it’s the 3rd time in the past month that this Enterprise location has left someone stranded by not having a car available for a reservation. Reservations made on the website may say the rental is available when it is not and will not be honored. I had to reserve a U-Haul van last minute. At least they contacted me first thing in the morning.

Warning: This location for whatever reason allows reservation times to be booked AT the time of closing on Saturdays. I had scheduled to pickup at 12pm, however, they were closed at 12pm when I arrived. This happened to another customer that arrived at the same time as me and also had a 12pm reservation. Considering they are closed Sundays, this can absolutely cause a very expensive inconvenience to the customer. I would advise Enterprise to change the time of the final reservations to 30 minutes prior to closing.

Such a fan of Enterprise. They know how to hire. Everyone I've ever dealt with there has been just superb. Polite, sharp problem-solvers.
