The windshield on the car cracked because of the weather, so they called me and said they were charging me $250 for the window which I had nothing to do with. Needless to say after calling my insurance agent I found out that not only does my insurance cover the rental car but there is a law up here that says you aren't responsible for act of nature. So enterprise was trying to steal $250 from me.
Our experience was fantastic! Everyone in the office was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our agent, Dillon, went out of his way to provide exceptional service. I highly recommend this location and Enterprise Rent A Car. They pick you up which saves time and money on taxis! Excellent customer service!
