Friendly staff and good experience renting from this location.
Convenient as it was next door to car repair shop. Great price for an suv because I had rental car coverage with State Farm & they give them discounts. I didn't need the optional insurance because State Farm covered my rental. I read another comment & totally agree - always ask your insurance company if they will cover the rental as it does save you a whole lot of money!
Garbage customer service- avoid this location or rent with another company. They LIED about calling me to confirm my booking, I took a ride share there the day of only to learn they had no cars and gave me an unsubstatiated claim about trying to contact me the day before about their availability. No missed call, no voicemail. Straight up lie. Then offered to give me a ride back home, to which they balked when learining I lived a half hour away, they didn't care to feign interest in what happpened to me from that point. Just ... read more
