2nd time the vehicle reserved 30 days in advance was not available . Was not notified until I was picking up rental
Professional informative go above and beyond and Jessie at the front desk is just amazing! This is the third time I’ve used the Batavia location and I cannot say enough about them! Highly highly recommend! Don’t go anywhere else!!!!
