Waited for over 3 hours to pick up my car! The kept saying 5 minutes more every 10 minutes. Avoid!
I had reserved a rental car a week in advance to pick it up at 9 am. I had paid for it in advance, but I only received my car at 12 pm. I had to wait for three hours. I should have received a premium crossover, but they gave me a small SUV. They said that the standard and premium models are the same, but why did I pay more? It was crazy!
