Super bummed about my whole experience, made a reservation...I called 45 mins before pick up to make sure everything is good so everything can be smooth upon arrival. I was told it was all good& never once told that theres a possibility of me not getting my rental. I got dropped off to pick up my rental...to be told they have no cars for me. I recently rented from the Ashland Enterprise and Jackie and Lily were fantastic Picking up the car and returning went smoothly, and they even shuttled me to and fro. It’s sometimes tricky to get through to someone on the phone, But it’s worth the wait. Make note of their new location. Thank you Jacki and Lily!
