The location is misleading, there's not an office at the airport. They only store the cars that are dropped off there. Someone had to pick us up and then drive us to the branch downtown where we waited almost an hour for the employees to go pick up our assigned car from the airport, thoroughly process it, and then give us the rental. I'm not clear on why we have a reservation if the car isn't ready.

No one was there to check out the car. Had to call and wait while they drove from another location in town. The car also had a very unpleasant BO oder.

Horrible experience, we won’t be using Enterprise again!! If I rent a pickup, I expect a pickup, not an SUV!! And don’t act like Enterprise is doing me a favor by having an SUV ready for me. Don’t charge me extra for pickup and drop off at the airport, when you shuttle me to another location, offsite, to pick up my vehicle. Totally ridiculous!!

I would put a zero Stars if I could and still make a post we've been here two days in a row at the time they were supposed to be open nobody here we were lied to we missed getting where we needed to be because they don't want to show up and be at their job
