Nice clean car, and although I had to return home to retrieve my license because I forgot it, the agent gave me a ride without a complaint and were super nice, I'll definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a rental.
Whatch your credit card statements if you’re going to rent a vehicle here ,they are sly shady company .Charged my card $250 after I returned vehicle a few days later in august 2025 . It was all prepaid so no i didn’t owe,no explanation and they just pass you off and say call this other number when call they just say there working on getting it refunded, ridiculous it is now and over a month .
I had the rental for 6 weeks following an auto accident. the first 30 days went great and then I had to pay the last couple of weeks. I was told I was good until the last Friday at midnight. I let the clerk know it would be back at the auto body shop by 5 so they could pick it up. When i got the final bill I was charged until the following Monday at 10am. I feel they owe me 2.5 days. I use enterprise for business many times a year and may think twice now
Enterprise is the only car rental agency I ever use. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The vehicles are immaculate and dependable. The selection of vehicles is amazing-something for everyone.👍👍👍👍👍
