Bad experience. I wrecked my van so the insurance told me to come to Enterprise to rent from them. First of all when I got home with the rental car the first day I found that one of the tires had a leak and I called them right up and they said they had nothing else to offer me so I had to take it to the shop on my own time to get the tire fixed. Then when the mechanic shop took extra long to fix my van , Enterprise billed me for having the rental too long and they had never called me to tell me that this was going to happen.... read more
From my experience they will charge you for things you aren’t aware of . I ended up locking my card due to the charges . It’s frustrating.
Not a fan. I had all kinds of problems with them and I keep seeing charges pop up on my card that I have no idea where they are coming from. There has been no communication on their end. No phone calls. Just repeated attempts to charge my card. Would not recommend this business from my personal experience.
I had an amazing experience with enterprise after getting hit by a drunk driver and having so much to deal with they made this process easy and smooth! Thanks guys!
