It was a very smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I almost felt like VIP which I am not. I cannot remember the name of the woman who checked me in in Geneva, NY but she was excellent. He gets me in and out, he's friendly, and he genuinely remembers me. But it's not just him. The whole team there is consistently great, including the folks cleaning the cars. Every single time I walk in, I know I'm getting special service. That's rare, and they deserve to know it.
