I have a very, very bad experience. The one on Union Ave Memphis TN. I will never, never ever rent a car there. I will be telling my family and friends about my experience.
My husband was stranded in West Memphis for three days, due to a semi truck breakdown. Reserved a car for him online to get him home, so they refused to give him the car bc he did not have possession of the card used to make the reservation. What is the POINT of allowing online reservations? You could have just charged the card # I gave you, but oh noooo! Enterprise strives to complicate everything.
