Excellent service in a difficult time.
***UPDATE*** 7/27/2025 Since I last went back to use Enterprise, starting in June 2025, I found out the manager, Brad, was no longer managing the Dagsboro location. I was a bit bummed out because Brad had been so great in my previous times renting at this location. I still remained positive and allowed the new crew to service me, as I measured out their quality against what I had before. I can say that surpassed the great service I had with Brad. All the staff members I spoke to were super sweet, but I was in a real pinch and none of the 3 locations could get me any vehicle of any kind. Initially I made a reservation on the phone but got a call back hours later saying actually there was nothing. From there I was stranded 200 miles from home.
Great experience renting a car while ours was in for repair. Conveniently located in the same lot as the repair shop.
